Prashant Salwan is a distinguished expert in strategic management, seamlessly blending academic and industry experience gained over 26 years. Currently a Professor of Strategic Management at the Indian Institute of Management Indore, Dr Salwan is known for guiding organisations through complex, high-stakes strategic challenges.

A British Chevening and Fulbright Scholar and an alumnus of the London School of Economics and Political Science, Dr Salwan has received education and advanced training from renowned institutions, including Harvard Business School, the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Management, IIM Bangalore, and IIM Calcutta. His academic qualifications include a PhD in Technology Management and Strategy, along with two postgraduate degrees, all of which inform a rigorous approach to strategic analysis and innovation.

He has also contributed to leadership development in higher education, having undertaken specialised training at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. With experience spanning both academia and industry, Dr Salwan brings practical insights and an international perspective to the Board of Directors at Intech Group.
